Founded in 2010, the Beef & Burgundy Club is Brisbane's foremost beef and wine appreciation society. Each month, members gather for a "meating" to rate the city's best steak restaurants on food, wine and service, naming a Beef Master and Wine Keeper for the evening. The club has chapters in Brisbane, Canberra, Hong Kong and London.
