After a quick haircut for some and a few beers at Jimmy Rod’s Shave Saloon, the dozen attendees of April’s Meating were treated to a spectacular dining experience at Otto Ristorante. With the Story Bridge providing a stunning backdrop members were served a tri tip from the Rangers Valley Black Onyx line (a club favourite) with cauliflower, charred cos, nut crumble and black garlic. This was washed down with a lovely deep ruby red Shiraz by Zilzie Wines from the Mildura region.

As per usual, festivities continued well into the following morning causing havoc to productivity levels for many employers on Friday.

Wonderful venue recommended to all members.

May’s meeting to be hosted by the Mayor of Brown Snake Scott Quinlan aptly assisted by King Carlos Blunck.
