Last Thursday saw the Brisbane BBC chapter dine at the Apo in the Fortitude Valley where Black Onyx and Shiraz were served.

Despite some colourful language about the significance of vegans and the importance of the size of meat (180g), the food, wine, setting and company were enjoyed by all. Also vegetable sides were given an honourable mention.

Thanks must go to ‘Jimmy’ the Apo’s attentive Maitr’d and Emily who is a contender for “latest possible RVSP”.
