Founded in 2010, the BBC is an association of erudite and forward-thinking beef and wine aficionados who have selflessly dedicated one Thursday a month to pursue Brisbane’s best steak and red wine.

Each month, a different pair of beef and wine connoisseurs are entrusted with the title of Beef Master and Wine Keeper and must select a venue with a suitable pedigree in beef and wine for the monthly meating.

With a proud history and an admirable cross-section of members from a range of diverse backgrounds, the BBC continues to be Brisbanes foremost beef and wine appreciation society.
